Edithink ended the year with the organization and setup of Saipem’s Annual Meeting 2013. The meeting was held in the Crowne Plaza hotel in San Donato Milanese, and was attended by around 1200 people.

Edithink organized many aspects of the event, including the coordination of the activities of the internal communication office of Saipem S.p.A. Our team designed the logo for the event, and was also in charge of two initiatives that were new to last year’s meeting: a photography exhibition, and a fun activity which included the creation of a book whose pages were “signed” by the hands of each participant.

In addition to providing the creative input, Edithink was also in charge of the technical and production sides of the event.
For the first time, all video projection systems were in full HD.
The live streaming function was also more powerful, with codecs for viewing on various platforms such as mobile phone, tablet and HD streaming, as well as video on demand.

Edithink also made the films which were projected during the evening proceedings, including a montage of the major events which marked Saipem’s activity in 2013.
